Every 2022 Car Available With a Manual Transmission

The M3 and M4 are the last two cars BMW makes with a manual transmission. In these cars, it’s still in the base, non-Competition spec. But you cannot let the flame die out, BMW. Don’t do it.

The CT4-V Blackwing is the car that shoved the M3 in its locker and after asking for lunch money. A base price right around $60,000 makes it a hell of a deal, too.

This is one of the only sedans that upstages the CT4. That’s mostly because of its mammoth supercharged V8 that you can still get bolted to a row-your-own manual.

If you want a GM sports car with a manual, this is your only option now since the C8 Corvette doesn’t offer one. That being said, you can get a 6-speed up and down the model line, whether its a 2-liter four popper or a supercharged V8.

The first non-sports car on the list. The Spark is a basic economy car that offers a basic 5-speed transmission. Still, it’s nice to see GM give consumers the option.

It goes without saying that the last true muscle car comes with a six-speed. You can even option it with the 707 hp Hellcat engine. That rocks.

Ford went after the Jeep Wrangler with the Bronco, so it’s no surprise they put a 7-ish speed manual in it. I say 7-ish because it’s technically a traditional 6-speed that also has a crawler gear.

A Mustang without a manual is sacrilege.

Of course Honda’s slick 6-speed made its way into the company’s compact car. In fact, the transmission is the only option if you opt for SI. You can expect the upcoming Type-R to have the 6-speed as well.

The Elantra N is an enthusiast car, so its only fitting it gets an enthusiast transmission. That being said, if the ways of the clutch don’t entice you, you can always spring for the 7-speed DCT.

This unsymmetrical oddball comes with twice the number of gears as doors. That’s pretty cool.

Of course the Wrangler truck has a manual, don’t be silly.

It’ll be a sad day when the Wrangler stops offering a manual transmission, but luckily today is still not that day. Enjoy it.

This is the perfect car if the regular Forte is too vanilla, but the Elantra N is too agro.

Unfortunately, the 3 isn’t offered with a manual transmission and the 2.5 liter turbo engine, but beggars can’t be choosers. At least they’re giving us something.

Hell will freeze over before the Miata isn’t offered with a manual.

These cars may be getting a bit long in the tooth, but they still offer God’s transmission, which is nice.

Like the Mirage and Spark, Nissan still wants to give those looking for the most basic form of transportation an option.

Porsche’s 6-speed could be the gold standard of manual transmission, and it is of course in the company’s more pure sports car.

Like the Miata, it’ll be a cold day in hell when the 911 stops offering the manual.

The Toyotabru twins are the cars that brought manual performance to the masses. God bless them for it.

It’s good to see another crossover/SUV thing with a manual and the doors can’t come off. Consumers need that choice.

Right here is the cheapest way to get a manual and all-wheel drive. Treasure it.

Like the Impreza, this is the cheapest way to get a manual, All-Wheel Drive performance car. I love it for that.

Point A to Point B while changing your own gears can make any journey a bit more fun.

Of course Toyota unkillable truck comes with an optional beefy 6-speed transmission. It would be a shame if it didn’t. And no, it doesn’t matter that it’s super old.

Since the regular Golf is dead, the GTI and R are the only ways to get Volkswagen’s iconic hatchback. Good thing it still comes in manual.

You can get the 6-speed in all sorts of Jettas, including the GLI. That’s in case you want the GTI’s powertrain, but hate its interior. Who can blame you, really?
